I finally got my order from PS. Everything was really nice, execpt the guitar. It's sooooo cheapo,light,ugly,plasticy. I mean, it's really plasticky, and there's no way they disguised it. Take this tip-get an old wood one off ebay before everyone realizes how cheap this new one is. You'll be a lot better off!
The other problem was that I was sent the wrong riding habit-Felicity's. It was supposed to be Elizabeth's.
They also sent me a extra night shift of Elizabeth's. PS said she's sending out the right riding habit tomorrow, and she will put something called a call tag through UPS so I can send Felicity's riding habit and Elizabeth's night gown back. She said that sometimes the UPS never comes to pick the item up, and if they don't pick it up, I can just keep the extra items for free. [img]rolleyes.gif[/img] I am, however, going to send the cheapo guitar back!EEP! [img]eek.gif[/img] I'm soo glad my mom bought a old guitar off ebay as soon as she heard the new one would be plastico!

A call tag is basically a shipping label to AG, but I think there is some info encoded that lets the company know there's a return. You just put it on the box with the new items in it and send it back. I took mine to the UPS store and they even sealed it for me.
